בגלל שאני פרילנסרית ב15 שנים האחרונות שאלו אותי אם אני יכולה להתאים למבנה עבודה של להגיע למשרד כל יום.
בנוסף שאלו אותי אם אחד מהאנימטורים לא מבצע את מה שאמרת לו מה תעשי?
המנהלת חידדה ואמרה שמהעולם שאני מגיעה ממנו יש לי אפשרות להחליף אנימטור ואצלם הם משמרים את העובדים ונתנה לי להבין שזאת לא אופציה.

לשאלה הראשונה עניתי שאני מאוד מתאימה למשרד ורוצה להגיע יום יום, מהתעשייה שלי בפועל אני כן מגיעה למשרדי הפקות כל יום אבל כולם בהפקות פרילנסרים כי הפרוייקטים קצרים.
ולשאלה השנייה עניתי שאם האנימטור מחליט לפעול בניגוד למה שביקשתי אני אנסה להבין ממנו למה הוא בחר לפעול ככה, אני אבדוק מהצד שלי (לו״זים, דדליינים ופניות ספקים) אם זה הגיוני להמשיך בצורת עבודה שלו.
אם זה לא הגיוני, אני אסביר למה אי אפשר להמשיך לפי הדרך שלו ואשקף מולו את הסיטואציה. אנחנו למען הפרוייקט וזה הסדר עדיפות.
